Our Brazilian Natural Agate Crystal Lamps are the most diverse stone in our lamp collection. We offer two types of Brazilian Agate lamps: Natural and Dyed. The natural Brazilian Agate Lamps range in color in various shades of earthy greens, rich browns and soothing creams. The natural lamps are a perfect additional for relaxing ambient lighting in any room. Our dyed Brazilian Agate Lamps include shades of pink, red, blue and purple – blended with soothing creams. The dyed Brazilian Agate lamps add a fascinating and distinct tone to your creative space.
How Is Agate Created? Volcanic cavities fill with silica to create the beautiful layers shown in agate. These chalcedony layers tend to alternate colors and often, a hollow center grows quartz to fill the void until it’s completely solid. The combination of these two attributes make our agate lamps striking and unique!
Gemini, May 21st to June 20th use agate as one of there zodiac stones. Healthy and productive harvest have been ascribed to the agate stone. Volcanic rock is rich in nutrients, and often the bands look similar to tree rings, so agate makes sense as the farmers stone. Agate is also seen as skin healer due to its many layers too.
