Shipping and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Our crystal lamps are an earth grown mineral. Therefore, every product will vary to some degree. Weight and dimensional data is shown as a range. Personal preference may influence an exchange request. Returns and exchanges can be made easily and we never charge a restocking fee.

Please contact us within one week of the delivery date to request authorization for either an Exchange Authorization or a Return Authorization.  If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately!

Outbound Shipping Damage

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@lightupcrystal.com.
  • Pictures of the damaged goods will expedite the process of the replacement shipment.

Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be emailed to info@lightupcrystal.com within one week of the delivery date.  Please note the desired variation in your exchange request (E.G. I want my Salt Lamp to be a darker red)
  • An Exchange Authorization will be issued.
  • Your Exchange Authorization will include the cost to send the second shipment to you.
  • Ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured for the total value.
  • Product must be returned in the original (Outbound) shipped condition.
  • Once received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.
  • The exchanged (Second) shipment shipping charge will be charged at this time.  Please include your best contact phone number to process this payment.

Return

  • Return requests must be emailed to info@lightupcrystal.com within one week of the delivery date.
  • A Return Authorization will be issued via email.
  • Buyer is responsible to ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured for the total purchase amount.
  • Product must be returned in the original (Outbound) shipped condition.
  • The refund will be issued within two weeks of delivery date of the returned product after inspection.
  • The original outbound shipping cost will be the only deduction from the total paid value if received in original condition.
